Ellen Royer, MS, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

Ellen Royer, MS, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Regis College in Weston, MA, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Ellen has over 15 years of clinical experience spanning psychiatry, urgent care, family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedics, and academic teaching. She provides high-quality evidence-based care both in-person and virtually, with expertise in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and supporting patients through individualized treatment plans.

Ellen enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, including children, young adults,  professionals, and older adults. She helps people with a variety of conditions, such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. She values meeting each person where they are, offering support that is tailored to their unique stage of life and personal goals.

In addition to her clinical work, Ellen has held academic appointments as faculty at Boston College and Regis College, and currently serves as a lecturer in psychiatry at MGB Institute of Health Professions. She has been recognized for her compassionate care and commitment to nursing education.

Ellen is passionate about bridging physical and mental health care through a holistic, patient-centered approach. She brings her clinical expertise and her dedication to compassionate, evidence-based practice to every patient encounter. 

Outside of her professional work, Ellen enjoys time with her family, teaching, and contributing to the professional community through leadership and mentorship.
